Promoting independence for seniors living in their own homes. The Housekeeping Service provides assistance with tasks that are physically too difficult for a senior to perform.
*Depending upon income, seniors may qualify for a full or partial subsidy.
Friendly visiting and social activities are provided at no cost. All other services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on your annual income. Some seniors may qualify for a 100% subsidy. Others may receive a 80% subsidy, 60% subsidy, 40% , 20% subsidy, and no subsidy.
In order to receive any of these services, you will need to register. You must be age 65+ and residing in Fort Nelson to be eligible.
